introducing Mie and Sanne!!

While on the bus from Vientiane, Laos, I met two sisters from Denmark, Mie and Sanne. (prounounced Mia and Sauna). We ended up at the same guesthouse at our next stop (4,000 islands), and hung out and explored the area together. We soon realized that a) we had similar travel itineraries, b) all like backgammon, and c) could hang out together for long periods of time without wanting to kill each other. What more could you ask for in travel buddies!?!

So, we decided to travel together for the next month through Cambodia, Vietnam, and Indonesia before returning to Bangkok for our respective flights (I'm heading to Beijing, they're heading back to Denmark). Their flight is even on the same day as mine, convenient!

Since their names will be cropping up in my future blog posts, I figured an introduction was in store. Consider yourself introduced. And now, back to the adventures!!
